Once you are a verified user on the Idoneus Platform, you will receive a digital wallet where you can keep your IDON and initiate transactions / payments.
For some items in our portfolio a cash fee is charged to cover costs such as tourist taxes, insurance, and other local fees which unfortunately cannot be paid for in IDON at this time. This will change as our Ecosystem continues to expand.
Yes. Once you are a verified user of our platform, you can pay for your booking or acquisition in USD, CHF, EUR or GBP by bank transfer. Please contact us to receive the correct transfer information. In certain cases credit card or PayPal may also be accepted.
Yes. Once you are a verified user of our platform, you can pay for your booking or acquisition in BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC. Please contact us to receive the correct transfer information and to confirm the exact exchange rate to apply at the time of your purchase. To prevent errors and abuse, please make sure to double check with us that the wallet address you are sending funds to is the correct one.

In order to become a verified user, you have to be onboarded and pass through the KYC/AML process. Please contact us to start this process.
We do this for two reasons. Firstly, digital currencies are regulated by the financial regulators such as FINMA in Switzerland, who demand strict onboarding to be done. It is similar to opening a bank account. Secondly, we want to ensure that we only have qualified and verified assets and users on our platform, to protect the ecosystem and all its participants.
Our business underlies the strict EU GDPR and Swiss Data Privacy laws, which are the strictest in the world. All data is encrypted and stored in highly secure data centers in Switzerland. We will never share your data with anyone.
